Trace Regional Health System’s Department of Rehabilitation offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation as well as care to the residents of Trace Extended Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, our staff of 19 licensed therapists offers over 200 years of clinical experience to treat a wide range of diagnoses.
Our inpatient staff provides care to our patients in acute care, geriopsych unit, and Trace Extended Care and Rehabilitation facility including our skilled nursing unit.

Our outpatient facility is conveniently located on the campus of Trace Regional Hospital and offers easy accessibility including direct access from parking into the clinic.
Hours of Operation
The outpatient clinic is open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm with extended hours including Saturday appointments when necessary.
