Trace Regional Hospital’s Department of Rehabilitation offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation as well as care to the residents of Floy Dyer Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, our staff of 19 licensed therapists offers over 200 years of clinical experience to treat a wide range of diagnoses.

Our inpatient staff provides care to our patients in acute care, geriopsych unit, and Floy Dyer Health and Rehab facility including our skilled nursing unit.

Orthopedics

Shoulder, knee, hip, ankle/foot, post surgery, rotator cuff pain, TMJ, etc.

Hand Therapy

Carpal tunnel, tendonitis, post surgical, work injury.

Pediatrics

Developmental delay, Cerebral Palsy, speech delay, hypotonia.

Neurological Disorders

Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, MS.

Industrial Therapy

Injury treatment, onsite clinics & wellness programs, Functional Capacity Evaluations, work conditioning, and job site analysis

Sports Therapy

Shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle injury, ACL repair, meniscus repair, labrum repair, rotator cuff injury, sports performance programs, return to sport conditioning, same day sports injury consultations, etc.

Wellness Programs

Injury prevention, weight loss, fitness programs, work readiness, post rehab exercise, elderly fitness

Back and Neck Pain

Herniated disc, leg pain, arm pain, numbness/tingling, work injury.

Our outpatient facility is conveniently located on the campus of Trace Regional Hospital and offers easy accessibility including direct access from parking into the clinic.

Hours of Operation

The outpatient clinic is open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm with extended hours including Saturday appointments when necessary.
